Admission
Christian education is an amazing and exciting opportunity for families and students to be a part of and our goal is to ensure that all families who desire a Christ-centered education for their child(ren) and want to be part of a dynamic serving community, are able to have the opportunity to be part of Dunnville Christian School.
We at DCS firmly believe that the educational aspect of DCS is at the heart of your decision to send your child/ren to our school, not a commodity choice. Therefore, we encourage you to visit our facilities, where you can see our school in action and meet the staff. Upon your initial visit, we will have a promotion package for you which contains more information than is available on this website.
The admission process includes a visit with the Principal and the teaching staff of your child/ren's grade level. Following this, a meeting is set up between you as parents and representatives of the DCS society. This is an opportunity for us to get to know you, for you to get to know us, and to discuss each party's expectations. After this meeting, your request to be admitted will be presented at the next Board meeting, whereupon a decision will be made. You will then be notified of the decision.
To schedule your personal session and tour of DCS, you may either call the school at 905-774-5142, or email principal@dunnvillechristianschool.ca or secretary@dunnvillechristianschool.ca.
Please take a minute to download and fill out our Admission Survey and bring it with you to when you come to visit DCS, or you can email it to secretary@dunnvillechristianschool.ca

Financial Queries
The importance of quality education is at the heart of Dunnville Christian School. We understand that education is the most important factor in your decision to send your child/ren to our school, which is why we offer top quality education centered around current Ontario curriculum, with the addition of focusing on and recognizing God's role and message in each subject. We also understand that with such education comes the necessity of addressing cost.
Our tuition is currently a per family rate, not a per student rate, and it also includes transportation.
In regards to tuition, we have various financial aid opportunities and bursaries available, and as each family is unique, a personal consultation would be the best way to work out those details. We are comparable to other Christian schools in our area.
Above all, Christ is at the centre of everything we do at DCS, and we understand that providing your child/ren with a quality education that also encourages them to grow in their faith in God is not only a spiritual investment, but a financial one as well. Let's talk about how we can make Christian education possible for your family.

Fundraising & Tuition
- DCS is a parent-operated school. We do not receive any form of government funding. In order for this institution of Christian education to operate, we rely on various fundraisers to keep the cost down for tuition-paying parents. This is a community effort which provides our school families with over $3,500 in tuition reduction per family. This is truly a blessing for everybody involved! The funds that are received during fundraising efforts are equally distributed among all families. Therefore, participation from everybody is encouraged!
- Fundraising Initiatives:
- T.R.I.P. (Tuition Reduction Incentive Program)
- T.R.I.P is a voucher program that aids in reducing a portion of tuition for each family involved every year. You may purchase vouchers from DCS carriers from various participating merchants. From each purchase you make, you receive credit toward next year's tuition. Download the T.R.I.P. order form below or on the home page if you would like to participate in this program.
- DCS Annual Bazaar
- Each year, the Bazaar committee hosts this awesome fundraising event in the fall. The Bazaar includes games, the sale of baked goods, toys, candy, and other merchandise from community vendors, a silent and live auction, breakfast, and lunch.
- Booster Club Catering
- This committee is responsible for organizing catering events such as weddings, anniversaries, dinner parties, and work functions. They count on volunteers from DCS school families to help serve. If you would like to inquire about what menus the Booster Club offers, please contact DCS and your request will be forwarded to the appropriate person.
- Computer Committee
- This committee looks after the technological needs at DCS. The Computer Committee holds various fundraising events and opportunities, such as a scrap metal collection combined with a pancake breakfast every September. Arrangements can also be made for scrap metal to be picked up year round. Please call the school to make arrangements.
- Golf Tournament
- Each spring we host our annual Golf Tournament. This event has limited space, so be sure to sign up early - it's a hit every year! Contact the school for the current year's date of the Annual DCS Golf Tournament, to advertise your company at this event, or to play in the tournament.
- GST Auction/Fundraising Dinner
- On an alternating yearly basis, a GST (Goods, Services, Trade) auction or fundraising dinner is held to continue in the fundraising ventures at DCS. This is organized by the Booster Club of DCS.
